Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: • Sell immigration services to prospective clients and meet/exceed sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Utilize effective sales techniques to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Manage leads and maintain accurate client records using our CRM software. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience. • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns. Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • Strong sales skills and a dynamic, outgoing personality. • Based in the Boston area. • Fully fluent in English and highly proficient in a non-English language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin). • Prior experience in sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. • Degree (US or foreign) in legal studies or law or paralegal certification is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in CRM software or similar lead management tools is preferred.
