    NY Wills & Estates is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Salesperson to join our team at our office in New York. This is an in-office position, providing an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment. If you’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships over the phone and in person, and you have a passion for sales, this role is ideal for you. Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective clients over the phone, via email, and on Zoom, understanding their estate planning needs and offering solutions. • Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our services. • Schedule strategy sessions between prospective clients and the legal team. • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system. • Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing clear, concise information and follow-ups. • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. • Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client outreach and sales efforts. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the legal or professional services sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously. • Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines. • Ability to work full-time in the office. • A customer-first attitude and the ability to handle objections while closing sales. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
