We are a fast growing moving company seeking inside sales rep/moving consultant to join our team!
We are looking for somebody that can work in the office on weekends and/or late nights.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
· Generating sales by identifying, responding and following up on leads on various online service platforms that we are using.
· Answering sales related inbound phone calls as needed.
· Making sales related outbound phone calls as needed.
· Responding to sales related emails and text messages as needed.
· Explaining and describing prospective customers our exceptional service and moving process from the beginning to the end.
· Up-selling goods and services such as packing, storage, junk removal, ect.
· Working on establishing relationships with local realtors, with a goal to be added to their preferred vendor list for all their move-in/move-out customers. Offering them to join our affiliate program.
· Work closely with the marketing team to stay up to date with current and future marketing campaigns, specials, discount codes ect.
·Working closely with the dispatch to ensure scheduling times, crew capacity and truck capacity is optimized.
·Input data and customer information into the CRM software and generate sales reports on a weekly basis.
Skills & Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in sales, moving industry preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills - you have to be able to speak and write professionally and grammatically correct at all times.

Salary: base pay + commission
