Candidates that have leadership experience, interest in relationship-based sales, competitive drive, and a love for working with people are preferred. Candidates must also have strong communication and time management skills and be able to work well with a team. This program is for students looking for experience during the summer between junior and senior year, and for seniors graduating December 2022. Details• Internships available in all offices - must be in person• First Group: June 6th-July 29th• Second Group: July 11th-September 2nd• 36hrs per week Description• An inside look at the staffing industry from the highest level• Gain experience working directly with Fortune 1000 companies and clients• Learn to identify and evaluate top talent for client requirements• Negotiate wage rates and contracts with consultants and clients• Utilize relationship-based sales approach to build lasting business• Join Account Managers in entertaining clients over lunch, dinner, sporting events, concerts, etc. (pending COVID) Training• You will hear our CEO and executives share their experiences, advice, and company vision• Systematic in-person and virtual training with Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure success from day one• Work through the Intern Training Guide with an eight-week schedule outlining guidelines to ensure success• Interns are flown to Atlanta for a two-day comprehensive course held at Insight Global University• Assigned mentor who will assist with progress towards personal goals, role plays, and industry knowledge• Comprehensive, individualized, on-the-job training allowing you to learn at your own pace
