Candidate for this position must have knowledge in commercial disaster restoration & recovery pertaining to water, fire, storm and mold damage. You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, cleaning and other restoration activities.

Restoration Lead Technicians enjoy having a variety of tasks. No two days will ever be the same!
Responsibilities:
Perform production/restoration process per scope, IICRC standards and supervisor instructions
Follow OSHA and safety guidelines for each project
Responsible for documentation, photos, compliance tasks, etc. for each assigned project
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
Lead, train, mentor, motivate and supervise teammates on each project during work activities
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
Communicate openly with the supervisor and other technicians
Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Qualifications:
IICRC certification (preferred)
Experience in water, fire, storm, mold remediation, and contents restoration
Experience serving commercial properties
Ability to be work on-call rotation schedule (1 day/week and 1 weekend/month)
Ability to work independently or with a team
Reliable and self-motivated with strong communication skills
Computer literate, working knowledge of Word & Excel, business software, upload photos and other programs
Valid driver’s license and pass a background check
High school diploma/GED
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 30-40 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50+ pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
