EverythingBreaks.com is now hiring FULL-TIME SALES AGENTS to join our successful sales team! We are currently expanding and seeking MANY highly motivated, sales driven individuals who are looking for advancement opportunities and who are ready for a great career helping consumers. Agents hired into this position will be receiving INBOUND calls from consumers inquiring more information on our HOME WARRANTIES, AUTO EXTENDED WARRANTIES, as well as protection plans for home appliances and electronics.

EXCELLENT communication skills are a MUST.

Remote positions are not available to new hires.

Current available shifts are 10AM- 7PM, and 4PM-11PM.

• Paid training ($17hr). Instructor lead, classroom setting, 2-4 weeks. Classes start every Monday.
• Compensation Plan: The greater of base hourly pay or commissions earned, paid weekly. NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS!
• Residual commissions paid monthly.
• Additional weekly and monthly spiffs/ bonuses also available.
• Monday- Friday, 8hr shifts, 1 hour lunch break.
• Room for advancement.
• Additional training and coaching is provided after training course ends. Team leads, instructor, and managers always near by to help our agents succeed in closing sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Assertive, pushes for the sale.

Salary: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
