Job Description

TSAs are responsible for continuously maintaining the service of the bottle service client. The bottle server is still responsible for checking in on their tables, but they may have multiple tables to take care of and therefore may not be available when the guest has a question or would like another drink. As TSAs are in continuous contact with guests, they need to maintain a fun, outgoing, approachable attitude and energy. Remember, when people book tables, they are usually celebrating something.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up the tables
• Running Ice buckets / glasses / juices to tables
• Serving the guests drinks
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the table
• Restocking the tables
• Presenting bottles to tables (male TSAs are not required to present bottles to tables)
• Cleaning the table after the guests leaves
• 100% accuracy of table number knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years experience as a busser or server
• Must be able to work in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Ability to communicate and work well with others

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in various temperatures & climates
• Must be willing to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours

Hiring Hourly Range: $16.04 USD + tips
