We are currently looking for an Install Coordinator to join our team!

    The Install Coordinator is responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring clear communication between customers, installation crews, and internal teams. Key duties include preparing customers for the next steps, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project quality. The role involves tracking multiple projects, providing updates on reschedules, subcontractor schedules, and inspections, and supporting administrative tasks such as pulling permits, scheduling subcontractors, and managing purchase orders and job costs. The coordinator also assists with data entry, payment collection, and accounts receivable while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both customers and internal teams. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, customer-focused role.

    Looking for individuals with strong time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, including a positive, team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM software is required, along with excellent communication skills and a solid customer service background. The ability to prioritize effectively and maintain punctuality is essential.
