Role Overview
This position is responsible for handling a variety of job creation duties, administrative duties, and operational support duties in the National Installation and Operations Support division.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to train, mentor, and coach new and less-experienced installation administrators.
Responsible to create and review all jobs to ensure projects are completed on-time and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
Ability to create and update Work Orders including pertinent details and accurate information.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timeline constraints.
Possess a basic understanding of security systems and equipment for accurate job and Work Order creation/review.
Ability to configure a security system proposal based on a verbal or written client request.
Responsible for updating internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
Ability to work with Sales and other departments professionally to ensure accurate information and a good client experience before installations begin.
Possess a basic understanding of phases of construction, code/license requirements, and permitting process where it relates to job and Work Order creation.
Responsible for updating internal tracking reports and pulling accurate reports upon request.
Assist with moderate to high level data and administrative requests as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Five years of UAS Installation experience, or equivalent experience .
Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.
Work Requirements:
Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.
