    Job Summary

    We are an automatic and commercial door company seeking a professional and skilled Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will organize, update, and schedule projects working along side our project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

    Responsibilities

    Work with our project management to get familiar with each and every project

    Schedule installations, return trips, and warranty calls

    Forecast and build out schedule working with material ETA's available

    Work with customers and contractors to meet project deadlines

    Track job progress and update job files daily

    Touch base daily with customers, GC's, etc. on project statuses

    Work with and communicate daily with our installers to ensure job information is accurate

    Monitor time and expenses, work with project management to ensure jobs stay under budget

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position

    Excellent typing and data entry skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Attention to detail

    Experience in the construction industry
