    About the Role:

    We are looking for an Installation Manager with an "ownership" mindset to join our team at Bath Flip in New England. At Bath Flip we bring the most amazing experience to every homeowner and we do this with speed, integrity and compassion. As the Installation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation process of our bathroom products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

    Key Qualifications

    Ownership mentality with complete accountability

    Experience in acrylic and one day bath flips is a requirement

    Hiring, managing and oversight of multiple subcontractors or installers is a requirement

    Responsibilities:

    Manage the warehouse and installation teams

    Ensure metrics and accountability of processes are met daily

    Maintain 100% customer satisfaction

    100% Positive feedback from customers on installers

    Weekly post job followup for satisfaction and accountability review

    Perform site and service visits as needed

    High priority maximized scheduling for optimum cash flow

    Review contracts with reps and production staff

    Procurement: Order and maintain all necessary materials in a timely fashion

    Manage and improve warehouse incoming orders for efficiency and accountability

    Leadership: Work closely with installers to coach, correct, direct and reward as a leader

    Work long hours to maximize the quality of work and efficiency

    Staging Oversight: Prepare/gather product together for installers

    Assist Installers issues during installation including meeting at job sites

    QA on installers efficiency and job total time to complete

    Weekly job checks for quality assurance, collecting money or upselling

    Ability to maintain calendar for meetings, company and personal

    Maintain calendar for installers requested off days

    Coordinate with admin staff all warranty and service calls

    Weekly analysis of installers "go backs" and issues

    Strong ability to train installation teams and motivate daily

    Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

    Oversee inventory management of warehouse

    Conduct weekly inventory audits

    Requirements:

    Prior experience with home improvement and multiple installation teams

    Prior track record $15 - $30 million revenue production

    7a - 5p plus weekends

    Knowledge of bathroom remodel and installation processes

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
