    Job Summary: The Installation Manager will oversee all aspects of the installation process for projects managed by Harlequin Design. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Oversight: Manage the installation process from pre-installation planning to project completion, ensuring alignment with design specifications and timelines.

    Team Leadership: Lead and supervise installation teams, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.

    Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installations, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

    Coordination: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for each installation project.

    Quality Control: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

    Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation processes, changes, and project completion for future reference and reporting.

    Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all installation activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Architecture, Design, Engineering, or Project Management) preferred.

    Proven experience in installation management, preferably in a design or fabrication environment.

    Strong knowledge of construction and installation processes, materials, and techniques.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.

    Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites in the NYC area.
