We’re looking for a hands-on Installation Project Manager to lead our installation team while actively participating in projects. This is an on-the-job working manager position, perfect for a leader ready to dive into the field with their team to ensure every job meets the highest standards.
Position Overview
As an Installation Project Manager, you’ll oversee and participate in jobs including crawlspace work, attic work, rodent exclusion, and other critical pest control projects. You’ll guide a team of installers, coordinating schedules and ensuring each installation is completed efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the installation team, working alongside them to ensure top performance.
Coordinate and schedule installations to meet project deadlines.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies on every job.
Train and develop new team members, providing continuous coaching and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the spot to ensure smooth installations.
Maintain records of installations, inventory, and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
Oversee multiple teams and projects simultaneously while staying actively involved in the work.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in insulation, crawlspace work, or a related field.
Construction background preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience leading teams, ideally in a hands-on capacity.
Willingness to work alongside the team in an active, hands-on role.
Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of pest control systems is a plus.
Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clean criminal record (background check required).
Able to stand for long hours
Ability to lift and mover 50 or more pounds repeatedly
Willing and/able to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
