    Artcraft Eco Panel Crafters is a small business in Arvada, CO. We are professional, agile, collaborative and our goal is to create exquisite and sustainable architectural elements that enhance commercial spaces.

    6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday

    Entry-Level Commercial Millworker/Metalworker/Craftsman/Installer

    Utilize your woodworking skills to fabricate and install high-end architectural products for commercial projects, including specialty doors, glass guardrails, wall paneling, custom millwork, and metal fabrications.

    Collaborate with experienced craftsmen and installers to learn and contribute to the creation of custom designs and architectural elements.

    Operate and maintain various woodworking/metalworking machinery and hand tools to ensure precise cuts, shaping, and finishing of materials.

    Participate in the installation process, including accurate measuring, fitting, and secure attachment of architectural products according to project specifications.

    Follow detailed production/architectural plans and installation guidelines to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional craftsmanship.

    Conduct quality checks to ensure that the installed products meet our rigorous standards for precision and quality.

    Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.

    Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in woodworking, carpentry, metalworking, or a related field is preferred.

    Previous experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or installation is beneficial but not required.

    Solid understanding of woodworking/metalworking tools, machinery, and materials.

    Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and installation instructions.

    Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for producing superior craftsmanship.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Willingness to learn and grow within the company operate power tools and heavy equipment.
