Position: Second Year Commercial Millworker, Metalworker, Craftsman, Installer
What You’ll Do:
Craft with Precision: Utilize your woodworking and metalworking skills to fabricate and install custom, high-end architectural products that elevate commercial spaces. Every piece you work on will be a testament to craftsmanship and quality.
Collaborate with Experts: Work side by side with seasoned craftsmen who prioritize quality and meticulous attention to detail. Learn from the best while contributing to custom designs that will be showcased in commercial projects.
Operate Tools & Machinery with Care: Use woodworking and metalworking tools and machinery to produce precise cuts, shapes, and finishes, ensuring that the final product meets our rigorous standards for excellence.
Quality Installation: You will play a vital role in installing architectural elements, ensuring each product is precisely measured, securely fitted, and installed to perfection, following project specifications.
Ensure Superior Craftsmanship: From start to finish, you’ll follow detailed production and architectural plans to ensure the highest quality is maintained throughout every step of the process.
Inspect Your Work: Conduct thorough inspections during installation to verify that all products meet our exacting standards for precision and durability.
Maintain a Safe and Organized Workspace: Quality also means taking care of our tools, equipment, and work environment, ensuring everything is well-maintained, clean, and set up for success.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in woodworking, carpentry, metalworking, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: While prior experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or installation is beneficial.
Skills: Basic understanding of woodworking/metalworking tools and machinery, and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings to bring precise plans to life.
Attention to Detail: You’re someone who takes pride in their work and strives for perfection in every task. You understand that quality is paramount in everything we do.
Teamwork & Independence: Whether you’re working solo or collaborating with a team, you consistently focus on delivering outstanding results and maintaining high standards.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot any challenges that arise are essential. Clear communication helps ensure top-tier results.
