Position Overview

As an Installer for PremierGarage, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of a closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry for a given geographic territory.

Responsibilities

Install closets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients homes

Take precise measurements and explain the process to clients, communicating reasonable and accurate expectations

Schedule jobs & dispatch crews when appropriate

Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations

Communicate clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing

Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Our office follows a casual dress code; however, employees are expected to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

While our general dress code is business casual, employees in client-facing roles are expected to wear formal attire for meetings and events.

For those in operational roles, the dress code is more relaxed, but professionalism should always be maintained.

We expect staff members to wear the assigned uniform during working hours.
