Responsibilities:

Safely and effectively use hand and power tools.

Drive pickup trucks and trailers to the destination to deliver, install, and repair flagpoles.

Must be able to lift to 80 lbs, unassisted

Work with dirt, concrete, sand, aluminum, steel, etc.

Consistently and effectively read written material necessary to confirm installation requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that is sufficient under the company auto insurance policy.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Work effectively, as part of a team, with a positive attitude.

Work independently.

Travel to different job sites. This position includes Out-of-state travel approximately 1 trip a month. Pay range reflects overtime available and premium pay for out-of-state travel

Job Responsibilities:

Installation & troubleshooting of flagpoles and foundations. (training provided)

Participate in training, following instructions and procedures

Represent the company and communicate with customers in a professional manner

Utilize smartphone/tablet for timekeeping, scheduling, and company communications

Loading and unloading of trucks

Misc. warehouse activities as needed

Overtime for out-of-state travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour to start depending upon experience

Expected hours: 40 per week - Overtime with out-of-state travel

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Must have (or be willing to get within 3 months) OSHA Certificate
