    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer Technician to join our team! In this role, you would be expected to perform install services and repairs on residential and commercial buildings.

    An Installer Technician with a commitment to provide the best quality in their workmanship. A team player who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in efficiently completing customer jobs. A positive attitude is a must! You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the proper installation and service of our products and systems for customers. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose our systems following training and will be comfortable consulting with customers to effectively understand their needs.

    Installer Technician will spend most of their time traveling to customer’s location and completing on-site installation – this means you should feel comfortable working in various environments including indoor and outdoor spaces, a variety of in-home conditions, as well as situations involving pets. While you’ll be traveling during working hours, you’ll be back at the dealership by the end of your day. You may be required to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces. This role is physically demanding and requires the Technician to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs regularly.

    Effective communication and attention to detail is required in this role. Given the needs to manage customer information, as well as efficiently communicate with customers, managers, and team members. The Installer Technician should be comfortable with quickly adapting to changing circumstances, adjusting to different tasks and working conditions, as well as committing to ongoing learning to stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

    Installation and Service:

    Install and service products and systems at both commercial and residential customer locations.

    Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.

    Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety protocols.

    Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

    Communicate effectively to explain installation processes and answer questions.

    Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.

    Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

    Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed products and systems.

    Provide basic technical guidance to customers.

    Aid and/or provide training to coworkers and other departments.

    Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including pictures.

    Operate service vehicles safely; adhere to safe driver policies and complete required vehicle inspections and maintenance.

    Responsibilities:

    Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment

    Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools

    Experienced in Re-Pipes, Re-Drains, Connections, Gas Repairs

    Perform maintenance of water supply systems

    Install and maintain gas, water, and sewer systems

    Professionally interact with customers and can clearly communicate work orders and statuses

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the plumbing industry

    Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

    Strong knowledge of sewer, gas and water systems

    Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
