Job Description

The Institute for School and Parish Development (ISPD), a national Catholic development consulting firm established in 1989 and headquartered in the Greater New Orleans Area, seeks a full-time associate to work with Catholic schools, parishes and (arch) dioceses throughout the southern and midwestern parts of the country.

Associate would consult with schools and parishes in the areas of strategic planning, capital campaigns, feasibility studies, annual funds, stewardship, people engagement, and Catholic Development/Advancement/Stewardship office assessment and organization.

College graduate plus 3+ years’ experience in Catholic Development—Advancement--Stewardship preferred. Excellent speaking and writing skills also preferred. Travel required. Partnership potential.
