The salary range for this position is $46,227.35 to $69,341.02 per year.

Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator:
Role: Coordinates the implementation of the College's institutional effectiveness and assessment process.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
20% Supports the general education assessment processes in collaboration with deans and directors; including sampling, data collection, assessment training, data analysis, and systems updates.
20% Collaborates with departments to collect assessment data and analyze data using research methodologies and prepares and disseminates assessment reports as appropriate.
10% Assists with the design, administration, and interpretation of surveys including but not limited to: CCSSE, SENSE, CAAP, Employer and Graduate Satisfaction Surveys, and departmental surveys.
10% Coordinates annual academic and administrative program reviews.
10% In collaboration with the Director of Strategic Planning and Assessment, reviews institutional effectiveness plans to ensure accreditor compliance.
10% Maintains an inventory of all activities related to curriculum changes; monitors and documents program offerings to include THECB submissions and approvals, SACSCOC submissions and approvals, all Grayson College systems, and publication updates.
5% In collaboration with the Director of Strategic Planning and Assessment, maintains the repository for assessment and institutional effectiveness information utilizing CANVAS, Strategic Planning Online and GoogleDocs.
5% Supports the development of materials and offering of training and consultations related to institutional effectiveness and assessment, fundamentals of assessment and evaluation, and effective assessment practices.
5% Serves as a resource for faculty and administrators in the development, implementation, and improvement of programs with a goal of continuous improvement; keeps current with accreditation standards and assessment expectations related to institutional effectiveness.
5% Represents the Office on college committees as assigned; performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: Two years to five years of similar or related experience including experience in the application of educational research methodologies.
Education: A Master's degree from an accredited institution or a specialized certification program taking one year or more of coursework beyond a Bachelor's degree.
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation
Other Skills: Strong analytical skills; detail oriented; Strong organizational and time management skills; Proven Competence in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities; Excellent written and oral communication skills; the ability to relate to a variety of individuals; Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with an ability to learn other applications as needed to accomplish assigned work
Physical Requirements: The work is typically sedentary. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to do the work.
Work Environment: Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a typical office.
