This position is for a Spray Foam Insulation Tech/Installer based in Fairbury and the surrounding market (Bloomington, Champaign, & Kankakee). We are looking for someone who loves to make work fun and works hard. The right candidate will lead a crew while also managing projects from beginning to end. Experience in Construction is preferred; spray foam insulation experience is a BONUS! Candidates with the following experience should apply: • Insulation Installer • Spray Foam Installers • Fiberglass Installer • Spray Foam Tech • Lead Insulation Installer • Operations Manager Responsibilities: This position requires all aspects of the spray foam install process: • Loading the correct materials for the job • Strategizing an efficient install • Installing properly and neatly • Cleaning up the job site • Maintaining equipment • Communicating effectively with customers and team members, etc. Therefore, one must have a track record of quality work and management skills while also building the camaraderie of the team. Qualifications: One must also: • Be committed to the team and the job at hand • Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals • Have ample construction knowledge • Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable • Some experience using construction equipment, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is highly preferred • Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training • This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance • High school diploma or GED preferred • Needs to be good at following directions and completing tasks, both independently and on a team Compensation: $20 - $35 hourly
