Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Utilize various sources to generate leads and identify potential clients. • Proactively reach out to individuals and businesses to establish connections and uncover sales opportunities. • Follow up on warm leads and referrals to expand your client base. • Network and build relationships with professionals in related industries to generate potential leads. Application Processing and Follow-up: • Assist clients with completing applications and necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure a smooth application process. • Follow up with clients on the status of their applications and provide updates throughout the underwriting process. • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Relationship Management and Client Service: • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. • Conduct policy reviews and make recommendations based on clients' changing needs. • Proactively reach out to clients for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities. • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns. Qualifications: • Proven experience in life insurance sales or a related field (licenses and certifications preferred but not required). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust remotely. • Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively present and explain complex insurance concepts. • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment. • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and sales software. • Integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help clients protect their loved ones' financial futures.
