Responsibilities: The CSR position **** is responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and policyholders, helping them navigate the insurance process, and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service. This role involves a combination of administrative support, client engagement, and sales responsibilities, including policy creation, coverage advice, quote conversions, and resolving billing issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, a client-first mindset, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with inquiries related to new and existing policies, providing expert guidance on coverage options, rates, and terms. • Generate and present insurance quotes, converting these quotes into active policies by offering appropriate recommendations based on client needs. • Address and resolve client issues, including billing inquiries, policy changes, and claims concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with the team to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with agency standards. • Proactively advise clients on coverage enhancements, policy renewals, and adjustments to ensure optimal protection. • Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvement. Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer service or insurance (preferred). • Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively. • Client-focused attitude with a commitment to building and maintaining long-term relationships. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Florida insurance license (preferred but not required—willing to assist in obtaining licensure). Compensation: $40,000+ to start
