You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. Responsibilities: • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates • Facilitate communication with clients and claims adjusters to process all documentation reporting a claim on a current policy • Document any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations in our book of business and clearly communicate with customers about those updates • Provide helpful answers to clients on any policy or billing questions including explanation of coverage or rate changes to ensure complete understanding • Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies Qualifications: • Associates or Bachelor’s degree required, or commensurate insurance industry experience • Candidates should be very strong communicators and problem solvers, and have great follow-up skills • Applicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 days • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.) Compensation: $55,000 - $90,000
