Responsibilities: Account Manager Responsibilities: • Quote, issue, and service new and renewal insurance policies for auto, home, umbrella, and other types of insurance. • Assist producers with quoting and servicing existing clients and potential new clients. • Advise clients of proper coverage and limits. • Answer incoming calls to Evergreen Insurance in a timely manner, and with a friendly demeanor. • Respond to client texts and emails in a timely fashion. • Process payments for clients and handle any billing issues as they arise. • Handle cancellation and policy reinstatements. • Properly document conversations and store documents such as quotes, pictures, certificates of compliance, Certificates of insurance, and receipts in our agency management system. • Obtain, record, and/or update account information, like phone numbers or email addresses in our agency management system. • Listen to client issues, concerns, and problems with an ear to get to the root cause and work with them to find a solution. If you can’t resolve the issue, escalate it to someone who can. • Always maintain a professional attitude with a positive and friendly tone with clients and potential clients. Qualifications: • Property Casualty licensed for at least 2 years. • Must have a minimum of 2 years working in the insurance industry using the license. • Must know how to use a calculator and perform simple mathematical calculations without a calculator. • A high school diploma or GED is required. • Have a warm and friendly phone voice and consider yourself outgoing. • Possess a strong desire to help people. • Must be able to work under pressure. • Must be computer literate, and type quickly and accurately. • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Professional demeanor and positive attitude. • Bilingual is a plus but not required. Compensation: $48,000 - $66,000 yearly
