ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patricia Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Explain & break down complex billing to customers.

Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily.

Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
