What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping clients protect what matters most – Educate customers, recommend coverages, and close the deal.

Multi-tasking like a pro – Juggling quotes, service requests, and follow-ups without missing a beat.

Building strong relationships – No cold calling, just genuine consultative sales.

Cross-selling & upselling – Find coverage gaps and provide solutions clients will thank you for.

Using tech to streamline sales – Work within our CRM and agency management system to track leads and follow-ups.

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of insurance sales experience required – Independent agency experience preferred.

P&C License Required – (Life & Health license a plus).

A top sales performer – You know how to build rapport and close deals.

Quick on your feet – You adapt, problem-solve, and turn objections into opportunities.

Emotionally intelligent – You understand people and connect with clients naturally.

Highly accountable – You don’t need micromanaging to hit your goals.

Must have reliable transportation – This role is 100% in-office in Slidell, LA.
