About the Position: We are seeking an Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative to join our established team. We've been in business for over 18-years serving clients all over mid-Michigan. Our culture is highly relational and client-focused. This position is designed as the first point of contact for our clients, by phone, electronically or in person, to provide a welcoming atmosphere while helping them to make policy changes and payments, solve billing issues, help with a claim or direct them to other team members.

Business Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F
