Responsibilities: • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase annual sales volume • Collaborate with insurance agents to provide training and support for effective sales techniques • Evaluate and update insurance policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market Qualifications: • 2+ years of insurance sales experience • Proven track record of achieving annual sales volume targets • Strong US work authorization • Excellent sales experience, including lead qualification and objection handling • Proficiency in managing insurance databases and client information Compensation: $132,000 - $169,500 yearly
