Responsibilities: • Develop strategies that showcase our vast array of insurance product offerings • Collaborate with community contact, referral partners, and key individuals to help drive business growth and influence • Evaluate and update insurance policies to ensure adequate protection for clients • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or related sales/management field is required • Successful track record in meeting annual sales targets is a must • Must have valid US work authorization • Demonstrated sales expertise, including lead qualification and handling objections, is essential Compensation: $94,000 - $127,000 yearly
