We are seeking a passionate, self-driven salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will be part of a team offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Responsibilities
· Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
· Exceed customer satisfaction goals and expectations.
· Establish relationships with customers, provide follow-up service and be proactive in maintaining contact.
· Ask each customer for referrals.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
· Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client prospect lists.
· Prospect for new business utilizing leads generated from referrals, networking, warm-calling, and databases.
· Achieve monthly sales quota of just $30,000 per month. (1-2 sales/days)
Requirements
· A Massachusetts property & casualty license is a bonus but will train and develop talented people with a desire to achieve and grow with us.
· Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs.
· Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
· Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
· Respond to all inquiries, customer requests, and sales opportunities on a deadline.
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
· Driven and goal-oriented individual.
· Positive attitude & ability to work well in a team environment is critical.
