  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs for their personal home, auto and umbrella coverages.

    You will utilize your strong communication and cross selling skills to build relationships with clients, analyze their requirements, and recommend appropriate insurance products. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment and possess a passion for helping others secure their financial future. You will be servicing an existing book of business with some sales responsibilities.

    Responsibilities
    \- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
    \- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
    \- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
    \- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    Qualifications:

    \- P&C license is REQUIRED

    \- Proficient in Vertifore AMS 360 systems

    \- Experience in processing personal home, auto, umbrella and specialty accounts
