We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join the team at Lauren Hahs-Gilchrist Shelter Insurance Agency in Germantown, (Memphis) TN. Are you aggressive, hungry and relentless at creating relationships, full of integrity and want to make a base plus commissions and eligible for bonuses based on your individual results, but also the team results? Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts

Educate clients on available insurance products and help them select the best coverage for their needs

Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients

Requirements:

Valid insurance agent license in the state of Tennessee

Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Positive attitude and a desire to help others
