    We are expanding throughout Michigan, and looking for motivated entrepreneurs to join the Farmers Insurance team!

    As a full-time Agency Owner you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their insurance plans for their futures. We offer award-winning training through the University of Farmers, unlimited income potential, and the opportunity to pass on your legacy to your family!

    Responsibilities:

    Training and Development: Participate in a structured training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, customer service, and agency operations. Shadow experienced agents and assist them in daily tasks to gain practical experience.

    Sales and Marketing: Learn to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to meet their insurance needs. Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist clients with policy quotes, applications, renewals, and claims processing. Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage meets their needs.

    Agency Operations: Gain an understanding of the day-to-day operations of an insurance agency. Learn about compliance with company policies and state regulations.

    Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. Learn to explain complex insurance terms and coverage options to clients clearly and concisely.

    Requirements:

    Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.

    Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

    A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

    Prior sales experience is highly preferred, but not required.

    High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

    Willingness to obtain relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) within a specified timeframe.
