Key Responsibilities:
Client Advocacy: Conduct needs analysis to offer the best insurance solutions tailored to each client.
Expertise: Educate yourself and your clients on life and health insurance, including Medicare and ancillary products.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

What to Expect as a New Hire:
Training: Learn the basics of Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement.
Client Calls: Start by setting 10-20 appointments or transfers per week to learn the sales process.
Sales Goals: After training, aim for 125 outbound calls per day or 5+ hours of talk time, with weekly sales targets.
Weekly Sales Goals:
Week 1: 0 Sales
Week 2: 3 Sales
Week 3: 7 Sales
Week 4: 10 Sales
Week 5: 12 Sales
Weeks 6-12: 15 Sales per week
By the end of your first month, you should reach a total of 21 sales, with a cumulative goal of 111 sales in your first 90 days.
