Responsibilities: • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients Qualifications: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • Candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT) Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
