The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service, with a proven ability to assess client needs and recommend the best coverage options. Responsibilities:

Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions for personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments.

Assist clients with claims processing and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive client engagement.

Maintain accurate client records and manage policy documentation.

Requirements:

Active 440 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License (required).

3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard office tools.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
