    Prior Experience: Over 19 years in financial services, including work with two well-known firms before transitioning to Modern Woodmen.

    Passionate Beyond Business: Dedicated husband and father of three, enjoys golfing and volunteering at local community events.

    Matt Acker - Administrator & Recruiter

    How long with MWA: Joined Modern Woodmen in February 2023.

    Prior Experience: Served over 10 years in the United States Army, concluding as an Infantry Drill Sergeant and Combat Veteran.

    Passionate Beyond Business: Devoted husband and father of four, enjoys duck hunting, golfing, and contributing to local community events.

    Alfonso Moore - Managing Partner

    How long with MWA: 2+ years.

    Prior Experience: Worked in the pharmaceutical industry and has financial services experience.

    Passionate Beyond Business: Dedicated family man, married with kids, enjoys coaching, is deeply devoted to his faith, and is an avid fan of Lamar Jackson and Louisville Cardinals football.

    Erik Davila - Managing Partner

    How long with MWA: 8+ years.

    Prior Experience: Came from the financial services industry.

    Passionate Beyond Business: Enjoys pickleball, bike riding, and fossil hunting. Married with one child and two dogs, Erik is also highly active in the community and Modern Woodmen’s fraternal efforts.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Member Consultation: Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    Networking: Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.

    Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.

    Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development goals.
