Responsibilities: • Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent • Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals • Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients • Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Must successfully complete a background check • One year minimum sales experience preferred • Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Strong leadership and communications skills are a must • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
