Responsibilities: • Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance benefits needs. • Consult with businesses to develop tailored insurance benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients. • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a seamless enrollment process and ongoing support. • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance and/or benefits consulting. • Strong knowledge of employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products clearly and effectively. • CA State Health & Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with group benefits or employee benefit plans. • Existing relationships with business decision-makers or HR professionals. • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools. Compensation: $150,000+ first year, with expected commissions. No cap on commission.
