Compensation: Responsibilities: • Find, train, and manage insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary • Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits Qualifications: • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills • Military or other leadership experience preferred (2+ years) • Candidates must be over the age of 21 • Candidates are required to have an insurance license or acquire one within 30 days Compensation: $115,000 - $122,000 yearly at plan
