We focus on the Senior Market to evaluate and meet their insurance needs. • NO cold calling • NO Prospecting • All Lead-based Sales • Six figure Mentorship • Hands-On Training Responsibilities: • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary Qualifications: • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management position • Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state • Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Compensation: $88,500 - $117,000 yearly
