Responsibilities: • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Educate families, and help make ethical recommendations for their financial future • Be a team player • If a natural leader, be open to teaching and leading other agents to success • Leverage learned data to assess policies and maximize benefits for the client Qualifications: • Must have active insurance agent license in your state • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management or supervisory position • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • 4-year degree in finance or business administration • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Personable communication skills • Active insurance license NOT required BUT preferred • Basic insurance knowledge is preferred • Willingness to be coachable Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
