    • Our client, a 13+ year independent agency headquartered in Lakewood, NJ, has a need for an Insurance Business Development Representative to join their team. They provide comprehensive insurance solutions & understand the insurance coverage needs of the real estate industry, hospitality, and healthcare fields.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and Qualify Leads in the Real Estate Insurance Market
    • Research and target potential clients, including property managers, owners, and stakeholders in the real estate sector
    • Use market data, online platforms, and industry directories to pinpoint high-potential leads.
    • Conduct Cold Outreach via Phone, Email, and LinkedIn
    • Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage leads across multiple communication channels.
    • Develop compelling messaging that highlights our client's value proposition, such as competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.
    • Track and optimize outreach efforts to improve conversion rates and secure meetings with decision-makers.
    • Maintain Detailed Lead Records in monday.com CRM System
    • Log all prospect interactions, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
    • Utilize CRM tools to segment leads, track pipeline progress, and identify opportunities for re-engagement.
    • Generate reports to provide insights into lead generation performance and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the New Business Team to Transition Leads into Clients
    • Partner with account executives and underwriters to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
    • Participate in team strategy sessions to align outreach efforts with broader sales goals.
    • Share market insights and feedback from prospects to refine service offerings and enhance client acquisition strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally in real estate or insurance.
    • Proven ability to meet KPIs like lead conversions or revenue targets.
    • Skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., monday.com, Salesforce) to manage leads, track follow-ups, and optimize workflows.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 65k - 75k/year range, plus commission on new & renewal business, quarterly bonuses, etc.
    • In addition, the agency offers medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, Long Term/Short Term Disability, Paid Holidays, Jewish Paid Holidays, etc.
