What You’ll Do
Serve and Support Clients: Provide prompt, courteous service to our existing policyholders via phone, email, and in-person.
Retention & Client Relationship Management: Proactively reach out to clients for policy reviews, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure high customer retention.
Cross-Selling & Account Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell appropriate coverages that benefit the client (for example, bundling auto + home, adding an umbrella policy, etc.).
Efficiency & Accuracy: Process policy updates, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently using our agency management software.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Insurance CSR (or Account Manager) in an agency or brokerage setting.
Licensing: Active Louisiana Insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health license a plus).
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and people skills – you are patient, empathetic, and adept at solving problems for customers. A true client-first attitude is a must.
Efficiency & Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. You take pride in doing things right the first time and keeping client files organized.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers and agency management systems/CRM software. You also have solid Google Workspace and MS Office skills.
Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. You work well with others, share knowledge, and aren’t afraid to ask for or offer help. We need someone who thrives in a close team and contributes to a positive culture.
