Responsibilities: • Adhere to company policy surrounding legal compliance, payments, and claims management • File policy reviews for insurance coverage to confirm coverage or liability for new claims • File all required paperwork to settle complex claims efficiently • Pursue continued education opportunities to remain abreast of emerging laws or other required changes to insurance-related processes • Lead claims handling by guiding claims department employees such as adjusters and examiners Qualifications: • Required understanding of regulations and legal procedures for insurance claims processing • At least three years of experience as an insurance claims adjuster, claims examiner, or claims supervisor, one of which was in a leadership position Compensation: $22 hourly
