Responsibilities: • Build and maintain client relationships, understand financial goals, assess insurance needs, and offer tailored recommendations with a sales focus. • Conduct financial analyses to identify and sell suitable insurance solutions. • Develop and present customized insurance strategies, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance, to meet sales targets. • Explain policy options, highlighting benefits and costs, to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions. • Collaborate with underwriters, financial advisors, and legal professionals to support comprehensive financial planning and drive sales. • Stay updated on industry trends and products to maintain a competitive edge and boost sales. Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong sales experience, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building client relationships and effectively promoting insurance products. • Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a team in providing comprehensive client solutions. • New York Life sponsors licensing, so no license is needed initially. You'll need to obtain required licenses, like state-specific life insurance licenses, after starting. Confirm details with New York Life during onboarding. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
