    As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families in navigating their life insurance options. You will provide expert guidance on policy selection, ensure accurate documentation, and help clients maximize their coverage benefits. Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Policy Guidance • Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies. • Educate clients on various policy options, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance. • Answer client inquiries regarding coverage details, premium costs, and policy benefits. Policy Coordination & Management • Assist clients with insurance applications, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. • Work with insurance providers to coordinate policy approvals and modifications. • Maintain and update client records, including beneficiary designations and coverage adjustments. Claims Assistance & Client Support • Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth experience. • Address policyholder concerns and provide ongoing support for coverage questions. • Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their current needs. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure all policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and company guidelines. • Maintain confidential client records and documentation with accuracy and integrity. • Stay updated on changes in insurance laws, regulations, and product offerings. Sales Business Development Support • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. • Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and policy recommendations. • Collaborate with financial advisors and agents to ensure seamless client service. Qualifications: Education & Licensing: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must obtain and maintain a state-issued life insurance license (training provided). Skills & Experience: • Prior experience in insurance coordination, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and simple manner. Additional Requirements: • Ability to pass a background check and licensing exam. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. • Proficiency in computer applications and insurance management software.
