ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client seeks an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate for a full-time partnership-track position within their Insurance Coverage practice group. The successful attorney will work on sophisticated, high-stakes insurance coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, professional liability, and property policies. There is also potential for involvement in advising clients on insurance matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. 

The successful attorney will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage, representing policyholders or insurers
• Litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Familiarity with first- and third-party insurance policies and strong knowledge of insurance policy interpretation principles
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (preferred upon application and required within one year of joining the firm)

LOCATION

This position is available in Miami or Washington, DC, both offering opportunities to work in top-tier legal markets while providing access to a broad spectrum of clients and cases.
