Responsibilities: • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Accurately process insurance policy changes, renewals, and payments in the system to meet policyholder needs efficiently. • Guide customers through the insurance claims process and assist in expediting claim resolution for a seamless experience. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote cross-selling of insurance products and enhance customer loyalty. • Maintain precise customer records and documentation to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of customer service experience is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Ability to pass a typing assessment is necessary. • Must be authorized to work in the US. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 on target
